Dr. Elizabeth Milovidov is Senior Director, Global Head of Parental Advocacy at Roblox where she focuses on building partnerships and programs to help equip parents and caregivers with the tools to help their families navigate Roblox and the digital world. She has spent years honing her expertise in advising parents and policymakers on how to keep children safer online, as well as building relationships with various child-safety partners, think tanks and agencies around the world.

She is a lawyer, law professor, child online protection expert and founder of Digital Parenting Coach.com, a resource for parents and caregivers.  She is the featured expert for France 24 for digital families and her work has been featured in BBC, WSJ, Financial Times, and other media outlets focused on child online safety, digital parenting and digital wellbeing.

She is an Assistant Professor at the American Graduate School in Paris.  She holds trustee or advisory roles with Common Sense Media UK, ParentKind (PTA UK), the NSPCC Child Safety Online Taskforce, Family Online Safety Institute and the Digital Wellness Lab.  Dr. Milovidov holds degrees from UCLA, UC Davis, European University and the American Graduate School in Paris.

Maximilian Milovidov is a youth online safety advocate working at the intersection of technology, psychology, and children’s digital rights. A sophomore at Columbia University studying Psychology and Information Science, he advises governments, foundations, and platforms on how young people actually experience the digital world and how to make it safer.

He serves as an Ambassador for the 5Rights Foundation, a TikTok Youth Council Member, and a Youth Ambassador for the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, and previously served as a Youth Ambassador to the Children’s Commissioner for England. Fluent in French, English, and Russian, Maximilian has been featured on ITV News, Sky News, NPR, Verizon, and the Wall Street Journal.
