Hien Nguyen is the Executive Director of the Aaron Judge ALL RISE Foundation, where she works with the Executive Board to lead strategic initiatives, oversee operations, and drive organizational growth. Hien is passionate about youth empowerment, and brings a deep commitment to community engagement. 

Prior to joining ALL RISE, Hien was a teacher for the Stockton Unified School District. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Biology and a Masters Degree in Educational Inquiry. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking and going on nature walks, hitting the golf course, and exploring new travel destinations.
