These organizations connect with the AJARF’s mission to inspire children and youth to become responsible citizens and reach unlimited possibilities.
Merlo Institute, Green-O-Matics Club – San Joaquin County, California
A two-part project, the overall goal is to become a Green Ribbon School. The ALL RISE Mini-Grant funding will help Green-O-Matics Club with their first project - revitalizing the Merlo Garden area. They will purchase much needed gardening tools, irrigation supplies, plants, sod, weed barriers, bark and soil nutrients. Believing the garden will once again flourish, it will also be used by our preschool program to grow vegetables. The second part is to purchase and provide green waste containers for the cafeteria and outside eating areas, and engaging Environmental Resource Students to monitor and aid in separating food items for proper recycling.
Rise Program, Resiliency Center - Fresno County, California
The ALL RISE Mini-Grant supports the RISE Program, which works with Fresno Unified School District by supporting social- emotional learning through children’s literature. Focused on early intervention and connection with children, the RISE Program uses volunteers in twenty-five elementary schools throughout the district. Students are taught resilience skills such as being in-charge of emotions, controlling impulses, analyzing the cause of problems, empathizing with others, believing in self-worth, and being optimistic. The success is measured by pre - and post-program testing, evaluating the children's understanding of these skillsets, as well as yearly evaluations from teachers in Fresno Unified. The Fresno County Mini-Grant sponsor is Gregg Raymundo Family, Provident Payments, Clovis, California.
Tourette Syndrome Peer Support - Bronx County, New York
The ALL RISE Mini-Grant will underwrite the cost of three support groups designed to reduce tic severity and bolster emotional well- being among youth with lived experience of Turrets Syndrome. Addressing anxiety, depression, social isolation, the programs will be mplemented by peer counselors that will be in-turn be supported by a young adult program coordinator. The members of the Youth Ambassador and Rising Leader Advocacy programs are made up of young leaders who have lived experience of tic disorders. The program is designed specifically to target students of color from low-income families in the Bronx, NY, who may experience additional barriers to access mental healthcare.
“We are leveling the playing field by giving our youth access to resources that help them reach their full potential,” said Aaron Judge. “Our foundation will focus on basic needs for the children by helping support the students and their families - whether it be health, education or social issues. I am proud to partner with these organizations in their relevant and commendable work.”

Aaron Judge ALLRISE Foundation Team Report Fall 2022
We are excited to present our fall team report for the Aaron Judge ALLRISE Foundation. In this edition, we feature some words and insight from our founder, Aaron Judge as well as our executive director, Patty Judge. We are excited to share out our fall mini-grant winners.
AARON JUDGE’S ALL RISE FOUNDATION COLLABORATES WITH TALL ORDER
Tall Order releases special edition two-pack to benefit ALL RISE Foundation
NEW YORK – September 6, 2022 – Tall Order, a New York-based men’s apparel and accessory company that specializes in extended sizes is partnering with MLB All-Star Aaron Judge’s ALL RISE Foundation. The brand and organization will collaborate to release a special edition two-pack of white and navy extra cushioned ankle socks with $10 from every pack sold benefitting ALL RISE.
Ahead of the 21 st anniversary of September 11, Tall Order and the ALL RISE Foundation aim to raise funds for the foundation to continue their mission to inspire children and youth to become responsible citizens by engaging them in activities that encourage them to reach unlimited possibilities. The launch of the socks follows the announcement that Tall Order and United Legwear & Apparel Co. will sponsor Judge’s ALL RISE Foundation “All-Star Evening” Gala set for November 18, 2022 in New York City.
Tall Order, which was founded by twin brothers Mike & Dan Friedman, who stand 6’11” and 6’9” respectively, honors the memory of the Friedmans’ father Andrew, who was killed on September 11, 2001 in the World Trade Center. To fulfill the “tall order” of giving back for all the help they received after 9/11, Tall Order makes fashionable, fun, comfortable socks for men in sizes 9 to 20 as a nod to the socks the family provided to first responders during the 9/11 recovery efforts; Tall Order also donates a portion of their profits to various health and human services organizations that focus on families and youth in times of need.
“We are so grateful for Tall Order’s;s support for our mission to help youth develop into strong leaders and good citizens, qualities that both Aaron, Mike and Dan exemplify. Tall Order’s commitment to their community is unmatched and we are proud to have them as part of the ALL RISE family.” states Patty Judge, Executive Director of ALL RISE Foundation.
Judge, who’s played the last six seasons in New York, and whose foundation aims to give back to children in the area, as well as his home state of California, felt a strong connection to the brothers through their shared New York ties, desire to give back and struggles to find well-fitting clothing.
“We couldn’t be more excited to offer these socks as a means to raise money for the ALL RISE Foundation,” said Dan Friedman, Co-Founder of Tall Order. “We are honored that Aaron is such a fan of Tall Order and our mission, and we are thrilled to be able to help him with his goal of inspiring youth to reach limitless heights.”
“Everyone who knew our dad, Andy, recognized his love of children, coaching sports and giving back,” said Mike Friedman, Co-Founder of Tall Order. “What better way to honor his legacy than partnering with the Aaron Judge ALL RISE Foundation.”
The extra cushioned ankle socks, set in Judge’s signature white and navy, will feature a heel tab for extra comfort and clip protection, cushioned sole, arch support, moisture control, smooth seams, and polyester material to provide extra stretch and ensure a soft and comfortable fit. The socks are available in regular and extended sizes. The special edition two-pack, retails for $30 and is available on TallOrder.com.
