Exchange Policy
All sales are final. We ask that you please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or is the wrong item. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please contact us within 15 days of original purchase at customercare@aaronjudgeALLRISEFoundation.org to request an exchange.
You can also call during the hours of 8am-12pm PT, Monday -Friday.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition it was purchased and/or received. The item must be unworn, unused and be in the original packaging. Additionally you must provide ALL RISE with a receipt or proof of purchase. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item and inform you if the exchange was approved. Please note, prices are subject to change.
When you request an exchange by contacting customercare@aaronjudgeALLRISEFoundation.org and you receive approval for the exchange, you will receive instructions to complete the process. Items sent to ALL RISE Fulfillment Center without first requesting an exchange, will not be accepted.
Shipping and Handling
$9.99 Flat-Rate Shipping
Flat-rate shipping is per address within the continental US for orders up to $150. For orders $150 (excluding shipping) or greater, UPS standard shipping rates will be applied.
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is by way of UPS ground or SurePost. To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses. Shipping companies do not forward packages, so we guarantee delivery only to addresses we are given. If the package is returned and you choose to reship the package, you must pay for the cost to re-ship it.
Please allow 48 hours for shipping.
ALL RISE is not responsible for any additional charges - including customs and duties fees - incurred when shipping outside of the continental United States.
Alternate Shipping
You may expedite packages shipped via UPS by choosing the 2nd Day Select option, and the system will automatically calculate the expedited shipping charges. Packages may also be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii and APO/FPO. Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and the system will automatically calculate the shipping charges.
Transit Time
As long as the products ordered are in stock, orders are typically shipped in 48 hours. Please use the map below to determine approximately how many additional business days it will take for your package to arrive.
